  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the radishes. Finely chop the spring onions. Dress the salad immediately before serving. For the first version, season the vegetables with salt and toss with 2-3 tablespoons of crème fraîche. For the second version, season the vegetables with salt, vinegar, and oil. For the third version, add 2-3 hard-boiled, chopped eggs to the vegetables, season with salt, and toss with 2-3 tablespoons of crème fraîche. This version is often prepared after Easter, when many boiled eggs need to be used up.
