Fried noodles, Bami Goreng like from a Chinese restaurant
Cook the noodles or spaghetti according to the package instructions. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with a little salt and pepper, and toss to combine. Cook like scrambled eggs in a pan with a little oil. Place in a bowl. Slice the spring onions into thin rings, drain the bean sprouts, and fry both in the same pan. Add a little oil if desired. Wash the Chinese cabbage and separate a leaf. Pick off the soft parts and add them to the spring onions and sprouts. Sauté briefly, then add everything to the scrambled egg bowl. Chop the onions into medium-sized pieces (according to taste), sauté, and add to the bowl with the remaining vegetables. Cut the meat into thin strips, place in a deep plate, and drizzle with a little oil. Season with salt, pepper, and Chinese spices and toss well. Brown the meat vigorously. When the noodles have reached the desired consistency, add them to the pan and break them up a little with a spatula. Add the vegetables and scrambled eggs and mix well.
