Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • ⅛ liter of water
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fat, for the tray
  • Flour , for the work surface
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • some ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • basil
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 pack of cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 stalk(s) leek

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Sift flour into a bowl, dissolve yeast in water, and knead with the remaining ingredients to form a dough. Place the dough in a floured bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 15 to 30 minutes. Grease and flour a baking tray. Mix the tomato paste with ketchup and seasoning. Cut the ham into pieces, slice the leek, and sauté them in a pan with the corn. Roll out the dough on the baking tray and brush with the tomato sauce. Spread the sautéed ingredients over the dough and sprinkle with cheese. Place the pizza in the preheated oven at 220°C on the middle rack.
