Burger Patties

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 kg boiled beef
  • 3 kg beef brisket, boneless
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

makes about 20 patties

Cut both pieces of meat into approximately 3-4 cm cubes and mix them together in a meat grinder. We then seasoned the minced meat with a little salt and black pepper and kneaded it again by hand. Then, brush a patty press with a little oil and press approximately 250 g of the minced meat firmly into a burger patty. Fry in a hot pan in a little oil for about 6 minutes on each side and top the burger.
