Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 750 g minced beef or turkey
- 250 ml peanut butter, spicy
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 large egg(s)
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Combine the ground beef with peanut butter, butter, egg, and breadcrumbs and knead well. Form the mixture into about 8 hamburgers and refrigerate them for a few hours to firm up and crisp up. Fry in a pan with oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through. You can also grill the burgers.
