  • breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • butter
  • broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Soup

Mix the flour, egg, and a little salt, then add enough water to make a rollable dough. Knead thoroughly and then roll it out. Melt the butter and brush it all over the dough. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over it, lightly covering the dough. Roll it up tightly like a roulade and flatten it slightly. Brush the edges with egg white to prevent it from falling apart. Cut the roulade slightly diagonally into strips about 1.5 cm wide and cook in the broth for 5-10 minutes. If you cook them too long, they will fall apart!
