Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1.8 liters of water
- 3 onions
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 Pepper
- 8 tbsp tomatoes, pureed, from the can
- 1 tsp salt
- n. B. Vegeta, approx. 4 – 5 tsp
- 200 ml white wine, semi-dry
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Paprika
Grate the onions and sauté them in a large pot with olive oil until translucent. Then fill the pot with water and add the 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of hot paprika, 1 chili pepper, 7-8 tablespoons of passata, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 4-5 teaspoons of Vegeta. Cook for 10 minutes. During this time, wash the chicken thighs and cut them in half. After the paprika has cooked for 10 minutes, add the chicken. After another 30 minutes, add the white wine. The total cooking time for the chicken is 60 minutes. Serve the paprika with tagliatelle.
