Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g frozen vegetables (stir-fried vegetables)
- 400 g turkey breast
- 400 g pasta
- Oil (sesame oil)
- Soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- Chinese spice mix
- Ginger powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside. Cut the turkey breast into small pieces and stir-fry in sesame oil in a wok, then remove from the wok. Add the frozen stir-fried vegetables to the wok and cook. Remove from the wok. Finally, fry the noodles. Whisk the eggs with pepper and salt and add to the noodles. Mix thoroughly and stir-fry briefly. Add the stir-fried vegetables and turkey breast and season with soy sauce, Chinese spice blend, ginger, and pepper.
