Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 500 g beef (roulade meat) or poultry
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch of chili paste
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with roulade meat, mushrooms and leek
Cook the pasta until al dente. Cut the meat into small strips and fry in hot oil until browned. Briefly fry the sliced leek and drained mushrooms, then season with spices. Stir in the pasta and fry briefly.
