Chicken tikka with stir-fried vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 tbsp ginger, freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • ½ tbsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp clove powder
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • 1 lime(s), the juice
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream or sour cream
  • n. B. Salt
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 zucchini
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 30 minutes

Wash the meat and pat dry, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Combine all the marinade ingredients and place the meat and marinade in a bowl. Mix well and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Brown the meat thoroughly with a little oil. Cut the vegetables into pieces and fry them with a little oil, seasoning them to your liking. Serve with naan bread.
