Pasta with wild garlic and cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 1 ½ bunch wild garlic
  • 200 g cream cheese (herbs)
  • 250 g cream
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the wild garlic leaves, spin dry, and cut into strips. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Melt the butter in a pan, add the wild garlic, and sauté briefly. Pour in the cream and melt the herb cream cheese. Season with salt, freshly ground pepper, and nutmeg. Tip: Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and warm, freshly baked ciabatta bread. A young, white Italian country wine completes the meal.
