Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 g white wine (Riesling)
- 125 g water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 eggs, size M
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 organic lemon(s), zest
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Whisk cornstarch with water until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients. Heat until boiling, stirring constantly with a whisk. Do not boil! Just simmer briefly, then reduce to a rose. Serve warm with meringue cake. A must-have dessert at weddings.
