Chicken with various vegetables and sesame

Cut all ingredients to the desired size. Blanch the broccoli in a pan for 5 minutes. Brown the meat in a wok with sesame oil until crispy. Then deglaze with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. First, add the carrots and cook for about 3 minutes. Then add the broccoli, spring onions, and bell peppers and cook until al dente. Season to taste with the various spices and finally mix in the sesame seeds. I personally like to sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro on top and serve the dish with Chinese egg noodles!
