Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1,500 g chicken breast
- 500 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger, freshly grated
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cumin, ground
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Pepper, black from the mill
- ½ tsp clove powder
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped

light barbecue marinade with yogurt – WW – suitable
Mix the yogurt with all the spices. Cut the chicken breast fillets into large cubes (3 x 3 cm), mix with the yogurt marinade, and refrigerate for half a day to marinate. Before grilling, remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and pat dry with a paper towel. Grill them on an oiled grill pan, then finish grilling on the grill for a more flavorful finish.
