Penne with paprika chicken

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • Salt
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 200g penne
  • salt water
  • 100 g iceberg lettuce
  • 50g salami
  • 200 ml chicken broth
  • 2 tsp sauce thickener, light

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Crush the garlic clove and mix with the oil and paprika. Dice the chicken breast fillet and mix with the spiced oil. Trim the lettuce and cut into strips. Cut the salami into thin strips. Brown the meat in a pan and season with salt. Add the chicken stock, bring to a boil, and simmer briefly over medium heat, covered. Then thicken with the sauce thickener. Fold in the drained pasta, lettuce, and salami.
