Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 100 ml water
  • 15 g butter
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 500 g potatoes (cooked, mashed)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Bring water, butter, and salt to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the sifted flour and stir with a wooden spoon until a ball forms. Place the flour ball in the oven until a white coating forms on the bottom of the pan. Transfer the flour ball to another container. Immediately beat in the eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Stir in the cooked, sifted potatoes. Scoop out the flour with a teaspoon and fry in hot fat at 180°C in a deep fryer.
