Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g natural yogurt
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g marshmallow cream (marshmallow fluff)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 24 minutes; Total time approx. 44 minutes

Chocolate cookies with marshmallow filling

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Mix together all the batter ingredients. Using two tablespoons, divide approximately 20 portions of batter between the baking sheets, leaving some space between them. Place each baking sheet in the oven for approximately 12 minutes. Then remove and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet. For the filling, whisk together all the ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve. Then fill a piping bag with the cream and pipe the filling onto the bottoms of half of the cakes. Place the other halves on top. You can decorate the sides with various sugar pearls or chocolate shavings.
