Place the dough sheets next to each other and, once thawed, roll out into a large sheet. Sear the ground beef in the oil until crispy, stirring. It should be crumbly. Add the onion, finely diced, the peppers, deseeded and cut into strips, and finely sliced ginger, and cook through. Be careful, it sticks easily. Add the roasted pine nuts and raisins to a pan without fat. Crush the garlic and add it too. Add the raisins, sour cream, and stir well until smooth. Season to taste with the spices. Remove from the heat and let cool. Finely chop the coriander and fold in. Place the cooled mixture onto the dough sheet and roll up. Place seam-down on a cold, rinsed baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes. To serve, cut slices and serve with Worcestershire sauce. Crisp, fresh leaf salt goes perfectly with it.
