Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Sauce: Combine Miracle Whip, mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet relish, dill relish, sugar, dried chopped onions, vinegar, ketchup, and salt in a microwave-safe container. Microwave for 25 seconds and stir well. Let cool for one hour. Cook the patties. Discard the top half of the regular bun, keeping the bottom half. Toast the bottom of the sesame seed bun and the bottom of the regular bun. Then spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce onto the toasted bottom of the sesame seed bun, then top with lettuce and a thin slice of cheese. Top the bottom of the regular bun with sauce, lettuce, and two slices of pickle each. Toast the top of the sesame seed bun. When the beef slices are ready, place one on each of the two prepared buns and stack everything together to form a burger. You can wrap the burger in wax paper, let cool for 5-8 minutes, and then microwave it for 15 seconds to help the flavors develop. Very close to the original, the sauces can be varied according to taste or availability.
