Honey-Mustard sauce for salads or sandwiches

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp mustard, sweet grainy
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Honey mustard sauce

Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. For a salad dressing, simply add one or two tablespoons more oil to the sauce.
