Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 500 g feta cheese
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 3 cups oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pack of yeast
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 500 g corn flour
  • Fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cornbread with cheese and sour cream

Whisk the eggs with the feta, sour cream, oil, baking powder, yeast, sea salt, and milk. Add the flour and mix until a smooth dough forms. Place on a well-greased baking sheet and bake at approximately 160°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Serve the proja warm with yogurt. It tastes best fresh.
