Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 200 g yogurt (at least 3%)
  • 1 tsp baking soda – bicarbonate
  • 200 g butter or margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, beat the three eggs and one egg white with a mixer. You’ll need the egg yolk at the end. Dissolve the baking soda in the yogurt. Add the warm, melted butter. Then add the crumbled feta cheese (larger pieces are fine), and finally the flour. Place the dough on a lightly greased baking sheet like a flatbread and decorate with two forks. Brush the dough with the egg yolk and bake at 150°C (convection oven) for about 40-50 minutes.
