Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 175 g flour
  • 175 g butter or margarine
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Banana cake based on a recipe from Malawi

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Mix together the butter and sugar. Stir in the eggs and bananas. Finally, add the flour and baking powder and mix well. Grease a 26cm springform pan and pour in the batter. Bake the cake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
