Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 250 g wheat flour type 405
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder, approx. 7.5 g
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 21 minutes
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a mixer and knead at medium speed for 4 minutes. Knead the dough by hand, adding a little flour if it’s too sticky. If necessary, halve the dough (the dough is designed for one baking sheet or two round pizzas) and roll it out. Top with your favorite toppings. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the pizza for 6 minutes.
