Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pieces of sweet potato(s)
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • optional spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

oven-baked sweet potatoes

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Rub each potato with 1 teaspoon of oil and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 1 hour, until the sweet potatoes are tender when pierced. You can also rub the sweet potatoes with spices before baking them in the oven.
