Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg sweet potatoes
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- chili powder
- Sea salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Then halve and cut into equal pieces, e.g., eighths, and place them in a bowl. Crush the garlic and add it. Add olive oil and the remaining spices and rub the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Then place them on a baking sheet, preferably lined with parchment paper, and bake in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes. Turn the potatoes over halfway through.
