Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 tbsp orange juice
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp honey
- 6 tbsp oil (sesame oil, dark)
- 2 tsp sambal oelek
- 3 cloves garlic
- some ginger
- 2 pieces chicken breasts
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the chicken breast and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Coat in flour. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish. Place the chicken breast inside. Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn the chicken pieces over and bake for another 15 minutes on the other side. Serve with rice. It can’t fail!
