Banana Chicken Curry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g chicken fillet(s), diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 1 banana(s), sliced
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • salt and pepper
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simple and very tasty

In a pan with a little oil, brown the onions and chicken pieces. Add the bell peppers and banana pieces and fry briefly, then pour over the coconut milk. Season generously to taste and let the sauce thicken slightly. Serve with rice! If you don’t like the taste of banana, you can use mango instead. The meatless version also works great with tofu!
