French onion fish

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g onion(s)
  • 20 g margarine
  • 400 g fish fillet(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 6 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Thinly slice the onions and fry them in the margarine in an ovenproof pan. Clean the fish fillet, add lemon juice, and season with salt. Season the crème fraîche with paprika. Place the fish on top of the onions, pour the crème fraîche over it while still in the pan, and bake in the oven at 175°C for 25 minutes.
