Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • e.g. butter or margarine
  • 5 tsp flour
  • ½ liter of water, cold
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for eggs with potatoes, a GDR recipe

Make a roux with fat and flour. Add the water and whisk until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer. Serve with boiled eggs and boiled potatoes.
