  • some mustard (lion mustard)
  • some Gouda, grated
  • 1 roll

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onion and mix with the mustard and some grated Gouda cheese. Fry the sausage roll in a pan on both sides until golden brown. Place in the oven, cover with the mustard sauce, and grill for 4 minutes on top, until the cheese has melted in the sauce. Alternatively, you can cover the roll with the sauce and cook, sauce-side down, for 1-2 minutes, then turn it over and cook for 4 minutes. Place on the sliced ​​bread roll.
