Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 130 ml milk
  • 200 g mango(s) (or 130 g mango pulp)
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Peel and dice the mango. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, season with lemon juice, and garnish with lemon balm leaves. Serve chilled. Keep refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
