Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
- 200 g white bread
- ¾ liter vegetable broth, hot
- ¼ liter white wine
- Salt
- Sugar
- Herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the white bread into cubes, place it in a saucepan, and pour the hot broth over it. Let it simmer for a short time, then puree it with a hand blender. Gradually stir in the cheese and pour in the wine. Season the soup with salt and sugar, garnish with herbs to taste, and serve.
