Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g spinach (spiced spinach, finely frozen)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 500 ml broth (varietal according to taste)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the broth in a saucepan, add the spinach, and bring to a boil. Slowly stir in the crème fraîche and cream cheese. Cook briefly and season to taste.
