Indian turkey curry

Briefly fry the meat cubes in oil; they should be more whitish than browned. Then deglaze with stock and white wine, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Next, add the pineapple cubes, mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of curry powder, and the cream. Simmer for another 10 minutes, then season with salt and pepper and more curry powder, if desired. If it’s not creamy enough, thicken with curry or, if you like, with a little butter. Serve with rice and iceberg lettuce with sweetcorn.
