Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- Paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
- some oil
- some flour
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced, drained, reserving the juice
- Water
- 1 dash of sweet cream

Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and plenty of paprika (the meat should be perfectly red) in a bowl. Brown the meat in hot oil. Then dust with flour and stir in. Deglaze with the mushroom juice and water, stirring until a creamy sauce forms. Now add the mushrooms and heat through. Finish with a dash of cream. Serve with rice and a green salad.
