Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp sugar, brown
  • n. B. Salt
  • 1 tbsp wasabi paste
  • 2 ginger, (ginger nuts in syrup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wasabi Dip

Mix the wasabi paste with lime juice, orange juice, and sugar. Finely chop the ginger nuts and mix them into the dip with 2 tablespoons of the ginger syrup. Season with salt.
