Chicken breast in plum sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 400 g plum(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 400 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A very fruity dish with a kick

Sauté the onions in butter until translucent. Dust the chicken breast with flour and sauté with the plums (washed, pitted, and quartered). Lightly season with salt and pepper. Add the cream and simmer over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes. Finally, add some fresh parsley. Serve with either boiled potatoes or rice.
