Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g turkey breast
- 150 g mushrooms, fresh
- 200 g grapes, light seedless
- 200 ml grape juice, light
- 60 g bacon, lean, smoked
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- Salt and pepper, white
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 200 ml white wine
- 400 ml cream
- Lemon juice, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the turkey breast, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the bacon into strips. Dice the onions. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Fry the bacon with the onions in hot oil until golden brown. Season the turkey with salt and pepper and fry. Deglaze with the grape juice and 500 ml water and set aside. Heat the butter in a pan, fry the mushrooms, dust with flour, and deglaze with the white wine. Reduce the wine by half, then add the cream and stir in, season with salt and pepper. Mix everything with the meat. Wash and pick the grapes, and add them. Finish with crème fraîche, heat everything briefly, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. As a side dish: tagliatelle pasta.
