Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g spaetzle
- 200 g ham (cooked ham)
- 1 g onion(s)
- 400 g whipped cream
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning mix
- 2 tsp broth (instant)
- 100 g cheese, for gratinating
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the spaetzle in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, dice the ham and slice the onion. Brown both together in butter. Whisk together the cream, instant broth, and seasonings while cold. Mix the spaetzle with the ham and onions and place in a large casserole dish. Drizzle with the cream and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C for 10 minutes.
