Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g spaetzle, cooked al dente (weighed raw)
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 large can of tomatoes, peeled
- 1 onion(s), diced
- butter
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- some parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with tomatoes, minced meat and mushrooms
Clean and halve the mushrooms, quartering large ones if necessary. Brown them with the onions in butter. Add the minced meat and fry. Once the minced meat is cooked, add the tomatoes, bring to a boil, and simmer for a while. Season to taste with salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Add the spaetzle and heat through. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
