Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g Spätzle (but also works with other pasta, e.g. croissants)
- 200 g ham, cooked, sliced
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- Salt
- Oil, neutral

quick and tasty
Prepare spaetzle or noodles according to the package instructions, pour into a sieve, rinse briefly, and drain well. Cut the ham into thin strips. Heat oil in a large pan and briefly fry the ham. Add the noodles and mix everything well. Add the eggs and stir well. Fry over medium heat until the eggs are set. Season with salt and serve.
