Minced meat – leek – sauce with feta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 250 ml meat broth, hot
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

good with pasta or rice

Brown the minced meat in olive oil and break it up well. Once cooked, add the finely chopped leek, fry briefly, and deglaze everything with the hot stock. Stir in the diced feta and cook until it’s almost melted. Finally, add the crème fraîche, stir, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. I like this best with spaghetti or rice.
