Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g pasta of your choice (I prefer spaetzle)
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 1 package of cream cheese with herbs
- 1 jar pesto, green
- 2 cups of cream
- salt and pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- n. B. garlic
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fry the minced meat in a little oil until browned and crumbly, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic, if desired. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente. Once the meat is cooked, deglaze with the cream and stir in the cream cheese. Season with pesto and let the sauce simmer for a while. Finally, add the chopped tomatoes, heat through, and season again.
