Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 onions
- 1 bottle of chili sauce (hot chili), 250 g
- 1 can tomato(s), chunky, 400 g
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Lightly fry the minced meat in a little oil. Finely slice the onion, add it to the minced meat, and continue frying for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes and chili sauce. Chop the bell pepper into small pieces and add it as well. Simmer for 30-45 minutes, seasoning with salt. Serve with pasta.
