Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 115 g butter
  • 450 g brown sugar
  • 120 ml milk
  • 200 g peanut butter
  • Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
  • 400 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 30 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the sugar and milk and cook, stirring continuously, for about two minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add the peanut butter and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into a large bowl with the powdered sugar. Stir until dissolved. Pour the mixture into a greased, shallow pan and refrigerate until the fudge has set. Cut into small pieces.
