Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 250 g yellow turnip, peeled, sliced
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 stalk(s) leek, sliced
- salt and pepper
- chili
- 150 g banana(s), sliced
- 1 cup of yogurt (apricot yogurt)
- some curry or curry paste
- 150 g root vegetables
- butter
- Sugar
- 100 ml cream
- rice
- Raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the rice according to the instructions, then sauté the onion in butter until translucent. Add the yellow beets and root vegetables. Sprinkle with sugar and honey. Mix the spices (pepper, chili, salt, curry) and add them. Add the chopped bananas and raisins and deglaze with yogurt and cream.
