Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of pak choi
- 3 carrots
- 3 onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 100 ml apple juice

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Trim and wash the pak choi, then cut it crosswise into 1 cm-wide strips, including the stems. Trim and chop the carrots, and quarter the onions. Sauté the vegetables in olive oil until the onions begin to brown. Stir in the finely chopped garlic and deglaze with soy sauce. Pour in the apple juice and sauté the vegetables until al dente. Serve with rice.
