Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g sweet potatoes, peeled
- 5 tbsp honey
- 1 ½ tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the potatoes into chip-like sticks and pat dry. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan. Then mix with the honey and lemon juice. Fry the potato sticks in hot oil until crispy, then either coat them with the honey sauce or serve the sauce as a dip.
