Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 chard, preferably the red-stemmed variety
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 100 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, preferably Chinese
  • 200 g chicken, cooked
  • 50 g smoked bacon
  • 100 g noodles (rice noodles)

Finely chop the bacon and fry in a pan. Cut the washed chard into thin strips, including the stalks, and cut the carrot into thin, long sticks. Sauté the chard and carrot in the bacon and baste with soy sauce. Fry until al dente. Briefly stir in the sliced ​​mushrooms. Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions. Scramble the eggs and set aside. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, add them to the chard along with the rice noodles, and mix in the scrambled eggs. Let stand briefly.
